This Agreement is approved and entered into force in the electronic environment between the BUYER, who purchases services through the website, and the SELLER (Clinic), who provides the service.
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the terms of the appointment and health/beauty service purchase ordered by the BUYER in the electronic environment from the website of the SELLER.
The BUYER accepts to pay the service fee specified on the website (deposit or full fee) via credit card through the secure payment infrastructure of Stripe as a single payment or in installments.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract before the service begins (at least 24 hours before the appointment time). If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the collected amount is refunded to the BUYER. After the service has commenced (e.g., post-consultation), the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized.
