Our clients can cancel their appointments booked via our website free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours remaining, the deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment time, the amount paid (deposit or full payment) is refunded to your credit card within 3-7 business days through our secure payment gateway.
If the appointment is cancelled due to reasons originating from our clinic (physician absence, equipment failure, etc.), the full amount you paid is refunded regardless of the timing, or rescheduled based on your request.
For package programs (multiple sessions), if a refund is requested after some sessions have been used, used sessions are deducted at the single list price and the remaining amount is refunded.
